AI Consulting Light

AI has arrived in everyday work. The question is not whether, but where it really pays off for you and where it does not. We sort that out with you.

Where SMEs stand today

AI is already in use, just rarely with a plan.

Shadow AI is already here

Employees use private AI tools for company texts, mostly unprotected and without anyone noticing.

A licence without a plan gathers dust

An AI licence alone achieves nothing. Without concrete use cases, no one uses it after four weeks.

Data ends up outside the EU unnoticed

Many AI tools store input in a third country, outside the EU data protection area. Without rules a real risk.

Routine eats time

Transferring data, distributing emails, creating reports. Much of this repeats and can be simplified.

Getting started

AI strategy meeting: one hour, a clear answer.

We look at your processes and tools and find the places where AI really saves time. At a fixed price agreed in advance, with no follow-on commitment.

  • Review of your tools and data flows
  • Two to three concrete use cases, with an effort estimate
  • Assessment of which tools fit for that
  • A recommendation, in writing afterwards

We provide guidance, we do not sell anything on the side. Whether Microsoft Copilot, another tool or none at all makes sense in the end is decided in conversation, not before.

To be honest

Where AI does little.

If a task occurs rarely or the result has to be one hundred per cent correct, the effort is higher than the benefit. Then we say so, instead of selling you something.

That is exactly what the strategy meeting is for. It separates the places where AI really saves time from those where it only creates work.

Legal framework

AI brings obligations with it, for small businesses too.

Your people need to understand AI

Since February 2025, the EU AI Regulation requires that staff who work with AI can also assess it. There is no exam for this, but there is an obligation. A documented briefing is enough, and we plan for it.

Clear on who is responsible for what

If you use an AI tool, you are the operator in the eyes of the law, even if we set it up. What that means for you, we sort out beforehand instead of clarifying it later.

Guidance, not certification

We tell you where you stand and what needs to be done. We do not issue a certificate or a confirmation of conformity, that is not our role. The binding legal assessment goes through your legal advisers.

This is part of the strategy meeting, at no extra cost. Whoever introduces AI without asking these questions is only postponing them.

Privacy

Use AI without losing control of your data.

We clarify what the AI is allowed to see

Before every use of AI, we check the access rights: which data a tool is allowed to process and which is deliberately kept out.

Where possible, data stays in the EU

We prefer solutions with EU data storage. For sensitive areas such as health, client or financial data, a human always decides, not the AI.

Orientation, not legal advice

We give you a well-founded data protection orientation. The binding legal assessment is handled by your data protection advisor or a lawyer.

Private rather than a company?

Even without a company behind you, you get a clear assessment.

Are you a private individual or a one-person business? Then the AI consulting hour for private individuals suits you better, one hour at a fixed price of 120 € incl. VAT.

The first step is always the same.

One hour, a look at your processes. After that you know where to start.
